Monthly Wellbeing Circle

Led by Selena, drawing on years of experience in yoga, breathwork, NLP, nutritional healing, Ayurveda and nervous system wellbeing.

Usually held on the last Friday of each month at 10:30 & 18:30

A monthly members-only wellbeing session designed to nourish mind, body and life.

This is a warm, supportive space to slow down, connect and explore different aspects of wellbeing in a relaxed and welcoming environment — with tea, journaling, sharing and practical tools you can take into everyday life.

Each month we will explore a different wellbeing theme, such as:

•⁠ ⁠Nutrition and mood

•⁠ ⁠ADHD, focus and wellbeing

•⁠ ⁠A short breathing practice (5 minutes) to learn practical tools for daily life

•⁠ ⁠Insights from nutritional healing, Ayurveda and wellbeing science
