Selena
Roxy
Roxy began practising yoga as a way to support her body alongside dance training and was quickly hooked. What started as physical support soon became something much deeper, and yoga grew into a central part of her life. This journey led to travel to India, furthering education and deepening her practice. The experience was intense and transformative, building resilience and shaping not only her practise, but how she teaches. Later continuing studies in Bali and expanding her understanding of movement, stillness, and rest.
Over the past six years, she has taught a wide range of classes, from intimate group sessions to larger workshops, working with varied ages and abilities. Her teaching style is inclusive, thoughtful, and breath-led, with a strong focus on pranayama as a foundation for balance, awareness, and wellbeing.
Kat
Kat is an advanced yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist with a passion for helping people build genuine strength and mobility — not just flexibility. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to meet each person exactly where they are. Whether you’re seeking a physical challenge, a moment of stillness, or something in between, Kat creates sessions that are welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all levels. No experience is needed — just a willingness to show up.
What sets Kat’s teaching apart is her personalised approach. She builds her classes around the people in the room, always open to hearing where students would like to focus — whether that’s a specific area of the body, a particular goal, or simply how they’re feeling that day. Her teaching blends strength, awareness, and compassion, helping students move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies.
Claire
Claire is a Hatha yoga and breathwork teacher, as well as a qualified acupuncturist and massage therapist. Committed to continually growing and learning, she is currently training as a yoga therapist. Her teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of the body and its capacity to heal, bringing a genuinely therapeutic and integrative approach to everything she offers.
Her classes are calm, grounding and nurturing — drawing on breathing practices and mindful movement to support the nervous system and restore a sense of ease. Claire believes yoga is a powerful toolkit for self-care, and she is passionate about sharing practices that students can carry with them beyond the mat.
Students leave her classes feeling grounded and more deeply connected to themselves.
Luke
Luke is a yoga teacher specialising in spinal balance, breathwork and supportive movement for people living with scoliosis. Diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 14, his personal experience inspired a deep interest in understanding the body and finding ways to reduce pain and tension through mindful movement.
Luke discovered that yoga, breathwork and alignment practices could help improve mobility, posture and body awareness while also supporting mental wellbeing. His teaching focuses on gentle, tailored practices designed to meet each person where they are.
Luke offers supportive sessions that help students move with greater ease, breathe more freely and develop confidence in their bodies.
